Pee-Poh Petite is the lead and only human character living in ‘Poppington Plains’. Based on a 2-3 year old girl, she is a bundle of energy, always positive, enthusiastic and very curious about almost everything. She is everybody’s friend and loves to discover new things and her surroundings with them, mostly through play.

I am currently writing and developing an animated TV series aimed at 0-6 year old pre-school children. Hopefully there will be a pilot trailer of the show put together for commissioning by the end of April 2008. If you are someone in the children’s TV production business and you think that this project may be of interest please contact me for a full treatment and concept.

Pee-Poh Petite

The lead and only human character living in ‘Poppington Plains’. Based on a 2-3 year old girl, she is a bundle of energy, always positive, enthusiastic and very curious about almost everything. She is everybody’s friend and loves to discover new things and her surroundings with them, mostly through play. She is, however, a little clumsy due to her over enthusiasm and often causes minor disasters.

Pinky Boo

One of Pee-Poh’s closest friends, this pink Teddy Bear is definitely the most artistic one out the group. He loves to draw, paint, crayon, play music, cook and do just about anything considered creative. However, like most artists, he’s not very organised and a bit of a scatterbrain.

Plumcake

Pee-Poh’s other closest friend, Plumcake. Based on a hippopotamus, this friendly giant is the calm and collected one, almost a little shy. She never lets a situation confuse her though and is always ready to help or to embark on a new adventure.

Magic Marvin

This cheeky bespectacled little monkey appears and disappears as he pleases, he is in fact quite a particular individual and a little bit of a show off because he can perform magic at the snap of his finger or the clap of his hand. However, in his attempt to resolve a problem through magic, the item he conjures up is not always relevant to the situation.

Alfie

Based on a tortoise who’s convinced that he is a boy scout, this little chap carries everything he needs under his shell which is in fact a rucksack that opens up like a car boot. He feels that he’s the leader of the group when it comes to adventure but his orientation abilities leave a lot to be desired.

Robin

A young bird who hasn’t learnt how to fly yet but has many other numerous hidden talents to compensate. He keeps his true identity and ambitions to himself which we see slowly unfold over the series, for example, he wants to be a pop star. When it comes to adventure he only gets involved when he feels like it or when he is involuntarily dragged into it. He’d rather sit up in his treehouse and observe all the action or read a good book.

Butterfly

Once an ugly and grumpy caterpillar, now a beautiful, joyous and colourful butterfly that enjoys to hover around and get the rest of the group chasing her around as she follows them on their adventures.
